"Gentle Demeanor and Patience"

I am halfway through my Invisalign treatment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results so far (update to come post-completion). Dr. Kim thoroughly explained to me that results would vary based on the level of commitment from the patient--I really appreciated the fact that expectations were accurately set beforehand, as it encouraged me to be a more dedicated patient. As a formerly traumatized dental patient, I also found Dr. Kim's gentle demeanor and patience explaining every step of the way to be extremely reassuring. She really knows what she's doing, takes the time to listen, and is thoughtful in developing the best treatment path for what you're trying to achieve.  I've already recommended Apex to a couple of my friends!  Also their office is SUPER clean and nice, which makes for all the better ortho visits!

"Knowledgeable and Easy to Communicate With"

I started going to Apex after vetting several other orthodontists in both Northern and Southern California. I wanted to find a doctor that was both knowledgable and easy to communicate with. Dr. Lee possesses both of these traits. Along with his vast knowledge and experience he is easy to talk to and remains patient throughout every visit. He makes sure all my questions are answered and makes every visit a fun and educational experience. I am about halfway through my treatment now and am already showing results. I highly recommend Apex Orthodontics.

"Competent and Caring"

I recently became a patient at Apex Orthodontics and I am so relieved I found the right team. From the second I walked through the doors I felt like I was in competent and caring hands. I can not say that about many of the other offices I scouted out before selecting Dr. Kim's office. The office is clean and spa like. The technology they used look top-of-the-line. My consultation was thorough, I was educated on my facial and bite symmetry! It was very interesting to me to learn all these things about myself that other offices failed to teach me. I'm so thankful I found a professional group with down to earth patient care!!

"Service is Amazing"

I don't know why I decided to get Invisalign around the same time I was planning to get married but Dr. Kim has been so accommodating to all my Bridezilla demands! I was referred to her by a friend who got amazing results with Invisalign. I went to a free consultation and decided that I would be better off getting started even though I wouldn't finish until after my wedding. Dr. Kim assured me that my teeth would start to show results and be straighter in the 5 months before the wedding and I have already started to see results. She has been so nice to accommodate the fact that I need to be smile ready for my big day and allowed me to make appointments immediately before and after the wedding so that I can remove a few attachments that come with wearing the braces and then quickly re-attach them so I wouldn't lose any progress I've made. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Lee have been so accommodating even when I have to ask emergency questions about my braces. They are easy to reach and answer all my questions thoroughly and professionally. Their office is a BIG change from the orthodontist I went to as a child (lesson to all the kids out there: WEAR YOUR RETAINER OR YOU WILL NEED INVISALIGN LATER). Everything was clean and beautifully designed. I feel calm and at ease in their lovely office. I don't write many reviews unless service is amazing and I highly recommend this office.

"Experience Has Been Phenomenal"

I recently started Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kim, and my experience has been phenomenal.  I was nervous about starting Invisalign, but Dr. Kim was so understanding.  It was very important for me to find an orthodontist who is knowledgeable and caring, and I'm so glad that I found her!  She explained the entire process in detail, and she took time to answer my many many questions.  I feel like I know exactly what to expect with Invisalign.. no surprises. The office is super cute and friendly too!
